Payment terms:
Our standard terms are 1% 10 Net30, but can be negotiated for existing customers. We also accept credit card payments. If no shipping number is provided with an order, freight costs will be added to the invoice. Customers with overdue invoices are subject to production and shipping holds.
Quality:
All tooling is 100% inspected prior to shipment, and RWK guarantees that all tools are made to the customer’s print. If tools are found to be out of tolerance or specification, we will correct and return the tooling at no-charge.
On prints designed by RWK Tool, we are not responsible for parts that are out of tolerance. All tooling prints designed by RWK are signed-off by the customer. Customer is responsible for ensuring the design of the tooling is correct.
Over/under shipments:
RWK Tool follows the industry standard for specially manufactured tooling. All orders are started +10% of the quantity ordered. All orders are shipped and invoiced at the quantity completed, which could be ±10% of the order quantity. On orders under 10pcs, RWK reserves the right to manufacture 1 extra piece.
Cancellation:
Since all tools are specially manufactured, RWK discourages the cancelling of orders. If a customer does need to cancel an order, RWK will invoice for the material and labor already completed.
